The Huang Research Group

Research Group Introduction

Located at UCAS since Nov. 2013, Huang’s group focuses on design and synthesis of organic/polymeric semiconductors for applications in biosensors, optoelectronics and energy storage/conversion. Three sub-areas are included:

1. Developing novel synthetic methodology based on covalent bond dissociation and formation.
2. Developing high performing organic/polymericsemiconductors, especially on tellurophene-based materials.
3. Understanding the relationship between structure and properties of semiconducting materials.
